Today was our day of sight seeing. First we went to the open market and bought different bracelets, honey, and other souvenirs. Then we went to a communist prison museum. Thank you for praying for our special salvation service this evening. While we do not have specific numbers of those who accepted Christ as their Savior yet, it was exciting to see the Lord work in over half of the campers' hearts. Thanks for praying ! God is good. The invitation for salvation was given this evening and a large percentage of children just came forward. We are counseling them right now as they make their decisions.
We had a great day today. The Bible lesson went well, and the message tonight was on judgment. God worked! Tomorrow is the invitation service. Prayers are greatly needed! Greetings from Hope for the Future Camp in beautiful Romania! It was a great day today. We had beautiful weather - no games were rained out. Stacy and Ashley did great in teaching today’s lessons. The team rose at noon after their 30 hours of travel and are excited to begin. Our first service will begin shortly. There are 180 kids here for this camp session and many of them are older. Keep praying!
Thank you for praying for the Romania team. They have arrived safety at 3:45 am local time at the camp, 7:45pm Pensacola time, and are now headed to bed. They have a big day ahead of them with the beginning of camp.
The team has landed in Cluj and everyone is doing fine. Drew has now joined the team; he was on a different flight into Bucharest.
